Marc founded Moderntek ltd after years spent working with homeowners across the Chicagoland area to remodel their homes prior to listing them for sale, watching too many of them get stuck with properties needing more repairs than they could afford. He started Moderntek ltd to give those families a straightforward way to sell, without the burden of fixing up a house they could no longer keep up with.
With 10 years of real estate investment experience across the Chicagoland market, they built Moderntek ltd to provide Illinois homeowners a faster, simpler, and more transparent way to sell their property.
Marc is based in Orland Park, IL and is personally involved in every transaction. You'll speak directly with them when you reach out.
Why We Started Moderntek ltd
We got into real estate investing because we saw a real problem. The traditional home sale process — finding an agent, making repairs, staging, waiting for offers, negotiating, hoping the deal doesn't fall through can take months.
